She did not expect this to happen. The woman was really surprised by this situation. She had no idea that something like this would occur. This was a shock, to her. The woman was thinking about what happened to her and she was very upset. She did not expect this all.

She smiled. Then she started crying. Then she gave our daughter a big hug it was the tightest hug I have ever seen her give.
